I sale my own brand item, without any seller, or buyer, or brand-owner to complain me, and without any test order, or did not confirm with FC, AMZ internal department always FABRICATE a counterfeit to attack my ASIN and my account.
So, who can tell me: What is COUNTERFEIT at USA laws?

same for me, no one help and I feel Amazon system having issue and whenever contact with account health support team, they said every time different document which is fursted for seller.

As such, Amazon will respond to the notices and request information from sellers such as yourself, to validate the complaint. If you received a notice or warning for infringement and you have proof that this is incorrect, you may appeal or dispute the claims.
