Read onlyDear Amazon Internal Team,
I hope you are well.
I'm writing to report seven fake 1-star reviews on our product that seem aimed at lowering its rating. Over the first 415 days of sales, the product received only four 1-star reviews. However, since May 2024, there has been a sudden spike, with 28 fake reviews. We worked with Brand Support and used the "Report Abuse" button, managing to remove 21 of these reviews, but 7 still remain, and we can't get them removed.
These reviews have caused our product’s rating to drop from 4.7 to 4.5, which significantly impacts our sales and conversion rates. These negative reviews could mislead customers.
Here’s why we believe these reviews are fake:
Review History: In the first 415 days, there were only four 1-star reviews. Since May 2024, 28 fake 1-star reviews appeared suddenly, which doesn’t match our usual customer feedback.
Content of Reviews: The photos in these reviews show products that look new and without defects, while the text complains about quality issues. The content seems suspicious, and we suspect it might be computer-generated, not written by real customers.
Customer Engagement: We tried reaching out to these customers to resolve their issues, but none responded.
Reviewer Accounts: These reviewers have no history of leaving reviews, except for the negative ones on our products.
Previous Attacks: We have experienced similar attacks before. Since May 2024, we’ve managed to remove 21 fake reviews with Brand Support’s help, but 7 are still on the listing.
I have already opened a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 15874153481), but so far, no resolution has been provided.
Please look into this matter urgently and help us remove these reviews, as they could mislead customers and harm our product's performance.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Roberto
