More than 100+ fake reviews

Dear Amazon Team,

Since July 2024, my ASIN has been targeted by a large number of fake reviews (about 100 negative reviews and about 50 positive reviews).

Below is a summary of the situation:

Initial Fake Reviews: At first, these fake reviews were mostly negative, and the majority have already been removed by Amazon.

New Tactics: As most negative reviews have been removed by Amazon, the desired harm does not happen, then the attackers have changed their strategy and started leaving positive reviews for my ASIN. It seems clear that these positive reviews are meant to falsely accuse me of manipulating reviews, possibly leading to the removal of my bestselling ASIN.

Characteristics of the Fake Review Accounts: The accounts leaving these positive reviews for my ASIN are also leaving negative reviews on other ASINs. Many of these accounts are purchasing the same items, and most are newly created accounts.

I have gathered evidence of these fake reviews and compiled it in the attached Excel file and created Case ID 15950322751. I kindly ask the Amazon team to review the evidence I have submitted and remove all fake reviews, including the positive ones.

Thank you for your attention and support in this matter.

Best regards,

Hello @Seller_rBtoZwI8NDWqh,

Thank you for posting here at the forums and bringing this matter to our attention.

Have you tried the established path to remove a review ? If you received reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.

Hope this helps!
