Constant loss of inventory with specific ASIN. Amazon claiming unexpected FNSKU-proven wrong.
For the last 6 months, Amazon has continuously not located ASIN: B076N2915N in our shipments. Whether it is in a large shipment of multiple products, or a shipment of just that one product, Amazon will only locate a few and then close the shipment. I dispute the shipment and they tell me the products arrived as an unexpected FNSKU. I keep on sending them copies of the labels that they generated for the shipment as proof that the product DID arrive with the expected FNSKU. I reach out every day and never hear anything back.
Of the 4,428 units of this product that we have shipped to Amazon since October 1, 2024 only 1,491 units have been located. This is absolutely unacceptable, but Amazon ignores all of my requests. We are locked in a cycle of being out of stock, but no way to solve it. Has anyone else had luck with fixing this issue?

You're probably also going to be running into another issue soon, because you've got copy-cat competitors selling their items for less than yours, AND you're getting plenty of bad reviews this year on it. People saying "The first one never came. I had to call Amazon over it. Waste my time. The second one came within a day, it's just cheap plastic and it ONLY HOLDS ONE STICK OF BUTTER. It clearly says two", isn't helping you any. Yes the comment got a strike-through, but the message is very demeaning for your product. Just my observation!
