@Rose_AmazonI am posting here because.... I have been tagging you for 3 weeks regarding a customer messaging us that she has no feedback removal button on her page to remove the negative feedback that she left for us. I provided screenshots of the customer message reporting that she has no feedback removal button and screenshots of the actual page having no feedback removal button. You said you had escalated my case but it has been closed and you stopped responding 3 weeks ago.

This is a serious matter for all handmade sellers as it is rare that we receive feedback so 1 negative can be very detrimental. ESPECIALLY when the customer reports that they are upset that they cannot remove the negative feedback because Amazon is not allowing them the option. This customer was not delighted!
