Read onlyOur funds have being held in reserve for months now. Account is healthy, metrics are all good, and we opened two cases which were both sent to another team and we were told that we would be contacted yet we never were. Can anyone please assist? Even if the metrics are fine, there can be some issues hiding.
Are there ANY Performance Notifications for IP issues or "Other Policy Violations"?
Have you had a large increase in orders and it could be explained by a Velocity Revue?

I received an email from you regarding this issue. You mentioned a UCC claim. That claim is not valid as we have a court order to remove it. I was unable to respond to case: ID=16326463891 as it is not among our cases. Please let me know where I can send the court issued order of Turnover to remove the invalid claim. Thank you.
