All our funds are being held in the Account Level Reserve and the issue remains unresolved

Dear Amazon Customer Service,

I am writing regarding the funds held in our Account Level Reserve, which have not been transferred to our bank account for over 2 months. The last payment recorded was on 07/16/2024 for the amount of $244.24. As of now, the Account Level Reserve has reached approximately $2,500.00 and continues to increase as more products are sold. However, Amazon has not been transferring the funds from our sales to our bank account.

We have contacted you multiple times through the 'Get Help and Resources' feature in the top-right corner of the Seller Central page. Each time, we are informed that the case will be forwarded to a specialist, who is supposed to respond via email within 24 hours. However, we have never received this response, and the issue remains unresolved.

In our latest attempt to contact support today, the response we received after reviewing our account was that the customer service team did not know why the funds were being held in the Account Level Reserve. We were simply told to wait a few more days to see if the issue resolved itself.

We kindly request a more definitive answer and resolution regarding the funds being held for over two months.
