I submitted the material complaint required for compliance of this product in October, 24, but it has been under review for nearly 5 months without any progress
After submitting the compliance, a case with the id of 15757619641 was generated in the case log. This case was completed in August last year, and there was no reply later
Please help to complete the compliance review as soon as possible. If the materials submitted by me are in compliance with the regulations, please change the status to reject, and I will re-submit the materials for complaint
This is very urgent !!!! The product has not been sold for a long time, which greatly affects the sales of our products

I did see that on 8/26/24, you were requested to provide a document and or update the listing accordingly. The team further stated that " This case now will be closed but we welcome you to re-open this case as soon as you are able to provide the required compliance documents."
If you have another case where you did provide the requested information or made the appropriate updates, please let me know that case ID and I will review. If you had not provided the requested information, please reopen that case with the relevant data to continue in the process.

On 8/26/24, I provided the requested documents and updated the corresponding list. But the case was still closed. Since the compliance status is currently under review, I cannot submit the materials again. I subsequently submitted the materials to the child safety review team, case id is 17316018831,17316979001,17314433921
