I submitted the material complaint required for compliance of this product in October, 24, but it has been under review for nearly 5 months without any progress
After submitting the compliance, a case with the id of 15757619641 was generated in the case log. This case was completed in August last year, and there was no reply later
Please help to complete the compliance review as soon as possible. If the materials submitted by me are in compliance with the regulations, please change the status to reject, and I will re-submit the materials for complaint
This is very urgent !!!! The product has not been sold for a long time, which greatly affects the sales of our products

1. We are contacting you because we noticed that the recommended age grade 3, under the attribute: Bullet Point listed on the product detail page does not match the age grade of the product in the test report(s) you submitted.
To move forward with the approval process, please submit a document from a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-accepted laboratory that confirms that your product was tested for the Age Grade listed on the detail page, or please update your detail page to the Age Grade detailed in the report.
2. Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.
By applying to list these products you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic, and accurate.
Once you update the information, reach back out to the team. As it's been 6 months since your case was resolved, you will likely have to create a new case. If you do not receive a reply to your case 14 days after providing the requested information, please provide the case so I can take a look.
