Recently we received a Seller Identity Verification email on our Amazon account, but there was no valid data submission portal. When we clicked on the Verification link in the email, it redirected them to the account information panel, but there was no tab or option data submission portal available to reactivate the account. We are requesting assistance to resolve this and take the necessary steps to reactivate the account.
We tried to ask help from seller support, but they did nothing.On the contrary, they rudely responded that our information did not pass the review, and our account was suspended. If you want the seller to verify their identity, at the very least you should provide a valid information submission portal.
Could you please investigate this matter and assist us?
I received the email requesting documents to activate my account. However, when I click the provided link "Begin Verification in North America", I am not directed to the account activation center and I don't see any warning.
