Read onlyHey there, I contacted Seller partner support multiple times, but every time they kept telling me the same issue that my account has which is Seller identity Problem. Then they said we are going to connect to Seller identity verification team. I got contacted by multiple times. However every time I got email they said We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes. I really don't know what is going on could anyone help me ?

I have reviewed your account in the Canada store and everything is fine, you should have no issues to continue selling at Amazon. If you consider that we need to perform a further review, please share a brief summary of the issue and the case ID where you tried to address the issue with Selling Partner Support, that way we can comprehend better what they have done.

This seems to be a canada problem, I got the same issue today as well. And amazon seller support is not offering any assistance just copy paste
I had this same issue. I ended up doing a phone call with Generic support, who created a case internally. The next day I was sent new verification links as part of the case number, everything had been working fine since then. Try to schedule an actual phone call, not email or chat, it really did get my issues addressed properly the first time.
