Our customer encountered an issue with the following:
They received a Seller Identity Verification email on their Amazon account, but there was no account activation warning present. When they clicked on the link in the email, it redirected them to the account information panel, but there was no tab or option available to reactivate the account. They are requesting assistance to resolve this and take the necessary steps to reactivate the account.
Could you please investigate this matter and assist the customer?
I received the email requesting documents to activate my account. However, when I click the provided link, I am not directed to the account activation center and I don't see any warning.
I kindly request your assistance on this matter. Could you please clarify the process for submitting the required documents and what steps I need to take to activate my account?

Customers do not receive Seller Identity Verification emails; this is a process we follow only for Sellers. Could you please clarify what is the issue at hand?
