Seller support has basically stopped answering any of our cases, despite being a seller in good standing with good account health. All of these cases are in the "Pending Amazon Action" status, but it seems they are just ignoring these cases. Does anyone know how I can get these addressed?

16461769661 has been responded to recently but no action has been taken by Amazon since October 24th, they simply keep replying that they need more time.
