discussion.I was charged the $39.99 profession account fee, my account still says unable to charge/ invalid charge method. I've reached out to them multiple times and they keep telling to delete and replace. I can't, because the card is assigned to the market place. Everytime I replace, I get the same error. I know the info is correct because the charge has already gone through 2 weeks ago.
Initially I started to fill out the application, made a mistake, reached out to see if I could terminate that application or start over. I was told no, I needed to make a new email address and start a new application. So on the first page of that application I stopped. I made a new email, similar to the old one as I already knew what I wanted my business name to be, and completed the new application. A few days later, I receive and email that said the charges went through and I was able to set up my first listing. I signed in, and it shows, Invalid charge method, unable to charge. I sign into the other account where the application was not finished, finished the application and that account works. The only problem is, I signed up as an LLC when I meant to start as an individual, so all the business information in that account is wrong. I have since deletes that account, as I do not want to continue with that account, and the one that SHOULD have been activated is stuck in invalid charge method, when Amazon and I both know that it is correct. The account should be active and they keep sending me the same message, "Delete and replace". I have, multiple times.
I either want them to activate the correct account or reimburse me. It's been 2 weeks and it's kind of ridiculous.
