"We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity."
I have provided documents to show the authenticity of my inventory. I know they now have a NEW rule that I need to have a "letter of authorization" otherwise my inventory will be considered "counterfeit".
Since I don't have the LOA, I just want to have the remaining 28 items removed back to me, so that I won't be charged storage fee anymore.
I have contacted seller support many times and they kept saying I need to have my account re-activated in order to be able to either remove inventory or close account. And they direct me back to account health.
Account heath's reply is they won't re-activate my account due to the above reason.
May I know where I can contact a specialist to help me with this?

Most likely they didn't ask you for a LOA, unless this was an IP issue. For authenticity they want proper invoices, from brand approved, wholesale distributes (Not retail stores, pallet liquidations or backdoor "distributors".)
If you do not have a proper invoice, you cannot proof authenticity and wont get paid, or your inventory back.
