I My account deactivated + I decided no longer to sell on Amazon, but I keep getting charged for inventory storage even though I'm not allowed to dispose of the inventory or do anything with my account or even ask for help. Please stop charging my personal Amazon account and credit card and delete everything related to this account. I no longer need to be charged for storage of inventory. I no longer have access to and I need to be stopped charge or I will have to press charges.

I regularly received emails from Amazon asking me to use MCF, promoting it as the best service for fulfillment.

I made the mistake of trusting them and sent inventory in. Then they start charging me long-term storage fees. I don't see how that makes any sense because I never had any intention of selling this inventory on Amazon yet they are charging me a fee designed for FBA.

They are getting the storage fees and the per unit shipment fee, which makes sense because I'd otherwise pay my 3PL that. But my 3PL would never charge me long-term storage fees.

So basically I feel like I got sucked in, sent them my inventory and then they come up with this new fee that should only apply to products sold within Amazon. Makes no sense. If this does not change it is just greed.

My account has been suspended for about a year now, and I am being charged storage fees for inventory I can't remove. I submitted several cases.
