My account was deactivated months ago because I decided to sell some items I had lying around. Amazon asked me for invoices, which I obviously don’t have. Meanwhile, I also sell private-label items, and after appealing specifically for those products, Amazon responded:
“Thank you for your appeal. After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have released the hold on the following inventory. This inventory is no longer under review and is eligible for removal, but cannot be listed on Amazon again.”
I still can’t remove or dispose of this “released” inventory. Every time I try, I’m told I must reactivate my account first. Support just refers me back to appeals, and I’m stuck paying storage fees for products I can’t sell, remove, or dispose of.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you finally get Amazon to remove your inventory while the account was still suspended? Any tips or contact info would be greatly appreciated!
