auto authorized FBM return for an order from 72 days ago
Could an amazon mod pleased look into this.
Amazon just auto authorized a return for a FBM order from 72 days ago. The order was delivered 58 days ago.This is well outside the 30 days return policy.
why or how is amazon auto authorizing this?

I know that, at times, Amazon may authorize returns beyond the the general timeframe to help ensure a great customer experience.
Unfortunately I am unable to listen to the phone call from the case ID you've included here, but, what you can do is see if you can get an exemption for the SKU to opt it out of Prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders.
