Read only111-8119605-4306655 Was issued an a-z claim funded by us. Customer states item never arrived and tracking information shows it delivered and even has a photo. Asked customer to provide photo of front door to confirm it was delivered to the wrong house. Customer refused and filed A-Z claim and was granted and funded by us. Is there any thing i can do better in my appeal or handling these.
You can't ask customers for photos.
If you bought shipping through Amazon, you are covered with these situations, but sometimes it is not automatic and you have to fight for reimbursement.
Otherwise you need signature confirmation.

As noted by @Seller_Sram36TnVt73cif you purchase your shipping through Amazon Marketplace Shipping Services and you meet all the requirements, including shipping on time, you can protect yourself when a buyer claims the order was not received.
