Read onlyAn item was delivered to the Amazon customer, but Amazon issued a refund through A to Z claim and applied it to my account. The appeal was also closed. The order ID is 111-6208221-3038654, and this order was also delivered (114-8115748-0441069). Amazon refunded 160 usd to the customer for the items, The customer should return my item or reverse the refund. This is unfair to me as I have delivered 2000 items per month. Amazon has refunded two orders, even though the tracking ID shows that the item has been delivered.
Don't forget that amazon is happy to give away your money and your products in the name of keep their customers happy. Only 2 orders refunded out of 2000 orders is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Both of these orders were delivered beyond the maximum estimated delivery date, which resulted in granted claims in the buyer's favor. This is outlined in our policy below:
