Basically every item in our catalog that we are currently selling is gated

The brand list on yur website is a "who's-who" of brands that actively manage thier IP on Amazon. Your only missing Pokemon, Sony and Microsoft

Perhaps It is a glitch of some sort? Tends to happen here and there to some Amazon sellers.

Im sure a rep could dive into this, did you create a case?

I understand the frustration. Your fellow sellers are correct in that certain brands put these measures in place and require these approvals after you've listed your product.

Why does Amazon incorrectly label brands to gated ones?

(Xenogears - Playstation) Brand is SquareSoft. Incorrect Brand is listed as Electronic Arts (GATED) ASIN B000038IFX

(Theme Park - Playstation) Brand is Bull Frog. Incorrect Brand is listed as Electronic Arts (GATED) ASIN B00002SULK

You are selling many brands that do not allow third party sellers on Amazon. It matters not what you have "skated" in the past, How many LOA's have you obtained?
