On my Customer Reviews page, It says I don't have a registered brand.
I still have all the other brand benefits, SO FAR. I can view and edit my store, but am afraid to open a case as they may mistakenly remove ALL MY BENEFITS as they did 6 months ago.

I have opened a case, but The seller support didn't understand what I was saying and kept explaining to me that I needed to have an active registered trademark, and text that match the brand name.
Every time I open a case about the brand, I need to explain what is Handmade’s Brand Feature Waiver, but no one knows the Brand Waiver in Amazon Brand Registry Support team.

I forgot about this type of promo, I had one last year, but it was bumped when they took away my brand benefits for a month.
I just tried now and was able to create one, it doesn't start for 2 days, so it may not go through completely.
It wouldn't let me create a promo when I selected "all products" I had to type in a list of ASINS before I could go further into the creation process.
@Joey_Amazon Any progress on getting the Brand Waiver benefit reinstated? There seems to be more and more sellers reporting this every day.

I have escalated this with our Handmade team. Since then I have received confirmation that the issue has been identified, and they are actively working on getting this resolved. Let's check again by EOD Thursday.
