Please explain why a 3P should discount to a volume buyer with no reduction in Amazon Fees.

Explain why the 3P should also fund the purchase when the buyer chooses to delay the payment to Amazon. When a buyer on another platform makes a purchase there is NO DELAY in releasing funds - why does this platform feel it needs to delay funds to a 3P?

Laser Pointer Listing is Blocked Even Though the Appeal Result is: Your ASINs Are Approved.

We have submitted an appeal to the Laser Product Review team, and submitted all our tests, certificates, and labels Images.

I received a response from Amazon Case ID 17426829721 and 17416179201. Reply “ Your case has been verified and we noticed that your ASINs are approved, therefore, there are no further actions to be taken from our side.”

This does not make any sense, as my ASINs for Laser Pointer are still restricted.

Please look into this and advise as soon as possible.

Could you please explain what to do when an order is sold by Amazon Business (Invoiced by Amazon program), then the item is returned back in a damaged condition? There is no way to apply deduction to the order. Only we can do is confirming the arrival of the item.

Dear AmazonWe have successfully approved and listed the following ASINs in our inventory, and our stock is already available in FBA in preparation for Q4. However, we recently received an unexpected email from Amazon notifying us of restrictions on these ASINs, without any prior notice or intimation.

Could you please confirm when these restrictions will be lifted, and when our inventory will be reactivated so that we can resume selling the affected ASINs?
