Read onlyI have an FNSKU with incorrect dimensions, and I requested a manual re-measurement back in March which returned the correct values. However, these correct dimensions were not uploaded onto seller central. The incorrect dimensions still remain.
Every time I contact Amazon they say the internal tool shows the correct dimensions. However, after the internal team reviews, the case, they simply copy and paste the incorrect dimensions back and email me.
Each time I request a manual re-measurement, the team responds with the same incorrect dimensions. Exactly the same value, down to the hundredth decimal place.
Can a moderator please help me get a manual re-measurement done?
