Read onlyI have been found responsible to refund a buyer for a Disney Pin that she never returned and filed a chargeback
The pin was shipped in time and delivered. Customer said she wanted to return it because she did not like it
She was issued a prepaid return label which she never used
She filed a chargeback and Amazon said I am funding the chargeback???
I have opened case after case no responses at all
Can anyone tell me why I would be responsible for this?

Disney is very high on the LONG list of brands that can't be sold on Amazon without risking a suspension.
Do you have an LOA from Disney saying you can sell their items on here?

Chargeback Claims are hard to overturn to avoid them, always ship to the Amazon-provided address, use trackable shipping, require signatures for high-value items, and keep shipping records for six months.
That bein said please share any Case ID that you might have associated with this issue and I can take a look and determine what options you might have to proceed.
