Read onlyHello fellow sellers and mods,
We need some help!
Buyer purchased an expensive item from us on October 17th in the amount of $757.70. We purchased shipping via Amazon and also paid for signature on delivery. Item was shipped out on time and delivered before the delivery due date.
A day after we shipped the item buyer reaches out via messages and states they want the item delivered to a different address since the address the used at checkout they were no longer living there. We responded that the item shipped and we can't change the delivery address.
We never heard back from them.
A few day's ago I'm checking my account and decided to check the Chargeback menu. I see a chargeback for this order which left me surprised because we never got an email from Amazon stating there was a chargeback. I double and triple checked all my emails and never got this email from Amazon.
I go back on the chargeback to see if there is any way i can respond and there is not. There is nothing to click on that say's " represent your case" All it say's is the chargeback is being processed. I click on the button next to the chargeback and it also say's the same thing but nothing were we can respond.
I check my account everyday for these kinds of issues and have been selling here for quite some time so i know when i have to respond to something and do it right away.
I leave at that since I'm thinking amazon will take care of this since we used their shipping, shipped on time and also delivered on time with signature confirmation.
Today, i get an email from amazon stating we are responsible for this chargeback since we did not respond. Are you kidding me!! I never received an email from Amazon?? is this Amazon way of screwing a seller?
Can any mods help us out on this?

this happened to me one than god it was for a small amount.
Sometimes Amazon system doesn't ever give you a chance to reply and represent your case. So I always reply to the message sent through my email. but you never got an email either I believe you and Amazon screwed you.
Next time a customer reaches out to you and says they did not receive the package and since you purchase shipping through Amazon tell them to open an INR A to Z claim
