Hello @Seller_vTqH8BNdvMboQ
Thank you for the information provided regarding the account status and the messaging you have received. I do want to offer support as I understand these types of situations can be very difficult to navigate when there is minimal information. The messaging shared does indicate that the account was impacted due to an association that exists to another deactivated store.

To better assist, I do need to understand what you have been able to identify up to this point. The name of the other store should have been shared with you in a performance notification at the time of the issue. Did you recognize the store name or have you been able to identify the owner since you first received the information?
It will be vital to identify where you became associated to the other account as it will allow you put together a thorough explanation of the situation. Generally, our team will be looking for specific details that can provide context to when you were associated to the other account owner. This should include all the details from when you first began working together to when the partnership ended. You would want to include supporting documents such as contract agreements or terminations, payment information, and the inclusion of any information that was shared between the accounts.
If you find that you are still associated to the other seller, then we cannot guarantee a resolution with an appeal. In this situation, you would need the other account owner to resolve their issues for you to be able to proceed. I encourage you to share more information regarding the situation to this thread so I may continue to review and offer guidance.
Best,
Atlas
