Last week, Amazon asked me to verify my address and they sent me a postcard with the verification code. The Estimated Delivery is 8/25/2024. However, I didn't receive it on that day. I also received a warning to deactivated my account. I called the support and the man on the line told me it could be fine, just wait. He told me to click on "start verification" and my account will not be deactivated. I did it.
On 8/26/2024, one day after the estimated day, Amazon deactivated my account, while the status of the delivery is dispatched. As I didn't received the post card, how can I verify the address? But my account was still deactivated.
Can anyone please help me? I tried to contact the customer service again and one again he told me it will be fine as they told me last time. Can I get my account re-activated while still waiting for the postcard to come? because that made no-sense Amazon closed my account because of failing to verify the mailing address while they didn't deliver the postcard to me.
