how can I list that first product?
how can I list that first product?
Go up there to the search bar. Search for Amazon Seller university. Watch the videos until you understand them. All of them.
Alternatively, stumble around and manage to list something and find yourself permanently suspended in 2 weeks...
By first LEARNING how selling on Amazon works. It is VERY difficult with a lot of pitfalls. Since you are new, you certainly had the fine idea to list NIKE, Adidas, Funkopop etc. So you can save your account by knowing from the beginning, that for listing BRANDS you absolutely need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.
If Amazon approves you to sell a brand it doesn't mean that you are allowed to list it!! Only if you have those both documents!
Take 4-5 weeks and learn several hours per day clicking following link. READ (read) the forum daily for 2 hours.
Thanks for the question, @Seller_DnXLXSOMZP1sv!
I would second the recommendation for Seller University as the primary locale for walkthroughs from Amazon on important content! Here is the start of the series on Listing products.
You can also look to list products one at a time through Seller Central, or start developing an inventory file to upload listings!
Hopefully these courses get you pointed in the right direction, but let me know if they lead you to any more specific questions.
Best,
Danny
