Health Account Product Condition Customer Complaints
I received my first Product Condition Customer Complaints last month
customer asked for a refund telling amazon the item is wrong
Got Product Condition Customer Complaints after that with a red number in my health Account
Problem is the item is not wrong
I did a bin check of the return item and Amazon Team send me an email telling me nothing is wrong with my item and that the item is conform with the page description
This complain should be erase but somehow it is not
All my request are been denied
I called the health support 4 times already and all understood that the customer complain is not valid but even thought
I am continually denied
I fear for my mental health
can someone help please?

Don't take it personally. Amazon has trained their buyer to lie and say anything they want to get free products and refunds.
No one in any support area will help you or tell you that you just live with it on the site. The only way you will be able to sell the product is to send your Commercial Retailers Invoice showing you actually have an account with the manufacturer.
Amazon promotes how easy it is to sell on the site and make money, but the truth is there is a lot of dysfunction internally which makes it an uphill battle for new sellers.
