Fed Ex One Rate not calculating properly this morning. Anyone else?
We are not getting our Fed Ex One Rate pricing this morning. Anyone else? Works fine through our software but not Amazon Buy Shipping.
*It appears that One Rate with Saturday delivery is where we are seeing the increase whereas in the past, there was not an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

I do not notice anything odd today with FedEx pricing.
The FedEx One Rate Saturday delivery option has greatly increased in cost. Non-Saturday One Rate delivery will be normal pricing. I noticed the extra fee on Saturday One Rate some time in 2024.
Usually, you can scroll down to the Late Delivery Risk on the regular One Rate pricing and hope the buyer is not too unhappy with a Monday delivery.

Hey, I know this is off your topic but I need some help with one rate. It looks like you use it often.
I called fedex, got setup with a discount on one rate, they sent me a sample box of packages from fedex.
Here is my question.
Two reps have told me to use any box whatsoever that says fedex. Two other reps have told me to use only one rate boxes. The boxes tey sent me ARE NOT one rate. I e-mailed the rep and called back and NO ONE at fedex can explain to me what box to use and where to get it. One rep actually suggested I drive to the fedex store and ask them because they don't know.
So, as fedex doesn't know the answer to their own system, I a checking here. How do you use one rate on Amazon?

I too am confused. I'm used to USPS where if you want to use a Priority box, you buy priority postage. If you want to use Flat Rate you use the Flat Rate box or envelope.
Went to a FedEx store and was told that the package didn't have to say OneRate on it -- just FedEx and be the right size. They had white and brown FedEx boxes and while poly mailers available.

This almost makes sense, in weird sorta way. So, I called 1-800-GOFEDEX and they said any box that says fedex on it. Called sales rep they said no, must be a one rate box. He sent me samples. They are all standard fedex boxes.
Also, when you buy shipping on Amazon I only see one option for one rate. However, the fedex rep has me set up for better pricing than Amazon offers? Still a little confused but I am 75% sure it is any fedex box but the question remains, what size at what cost?

You do not need to use the One Rate Box to get one rate pricing. It's based on a cubic inches. Now, I will tell you that I do go over my Fed Express bill as sometimes I get upcharges on it with the one rate. I reach out to my rep and I get a credit on it. So I would suggest watching that. You have 60 days to dispute a charge if I am remembering correctly. Also, the "dispute" charge usually doesn't work and that is why I go straight to my rep to dispute it for me. It can be frustrating but the benefits outweigh it.
