Hello,
I've noticed quite a few recent discussions about the same problem! It appears to be a bug in the system.
Anyway, I received the scary notification stating "Your account is at risk of deactivation," due to Identity Verification (Reverify) requirements under the INFORM Consumers Act eight days ago. However, every time I click on the identity verification link on the "https://sellercentral.amazon.com/global-dashboard" page, it redirects me to the Get Help page at "https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/center?redirectSource=HelpHub."
I opened my first case with ID: 17152970001 and provided all the necessary details along with screenshots, but I received a strange robotic response stating:
"Hello,
We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.
Why is this happening? Your account has been deactivated because you may have outstanding document or information requests in your Seller Central account.
And a long, unhelpful message..."
I replied to the same case with the details again, but I got the same response!
Then, I tried to chat with someone in support. After explaining the situation and sharing the screenshots, I was told that they couldn't assist and needed to escalate it to the verification team, who are unavailable via chat or phone. Today, I received another puzzling message in response to my chat, stating:
"Hello,
We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter.
Why is this happening? We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes."
I'm starting to feel hopeless about finding someone in support who can help resolve this issue! Could you assist me, please?
