IDENTITY VERIFICATION WINDOW NOT UPDATE OR STUCK OR TECHNICAL ERROR
DEAR TEAM i done my first identity verification in 18 feburary after that amazon show me new window >we may contact you back within 2days.....
i m waiting for 2 month i open some cases and discuss all issue with team they now TODAY again send me mail for identity verification.
NOTE,when now i click the link for identity verification i see 2MONTH old window that is still stuck plz close the old identity verification window i want to verify my identity now again i open case but within second they close my case,already two times i tell this issue to health team but they not solve my issue.
dear HR plz check my account and solve identity verification old window error.
i delete cookies again and again i refresh the account but i see when now i click the link for verification i see 2MONTH old window open,
today amazon send me new mail after my new doucment submission but i see 2month old window is still stuck or jam in last 2month plz update this window or close this.
i want to verify my identity verification
