We were recently changed to IUSP for our AWD inbound destination warehouse by the system.

We have our first IUSP LTL shipment delivered on 8/7 (to the AWD facility IUSP) and got POD for all 25 cartons. but only 1 carton was showing received on the first day and since then it has being 7 days the rest 24 cartons are still not received.

We have AWD shipment that according to POD was delivered to IUSP on 10/03/2024.

Shipment from China delivered NOT by partner carrier, so cannot enter tracking number to the shipment on Amazon.

Forwarder stating that shipment was delivered(they provided POD and appointment confirmation). It has been 2 weeks but status of the shipment never updated from "Created".

I'm having a big problem with this shipment to AWD IUSP. My carrier claims to have delivered 2 pallets to IUSP on OCT3,2024 4:01PM (I've attached the POD).

Amazon is claiming my carrier made an appointment but did not receive any physical shipment in AWD.

How is this possible if they sent the POD to my carrier if the inventory was not checked in and received? Can I get a copy of the POD direct from Amazon to compare? It's either my carrier is lying or it's somewhere in AWD.

Can I request a search at the warehouse? Surveillance at OCT 3 4:01pm to confirm if the pallets are received? There is 25k pieces of product in the 2 pallets for Christmas and this will ruin my business if not found.
