IUSP AWD inbound problem

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a big problem with this shipment to AWD IUSP. My carrier claims to have delivered 2 pallets to IUSP on OCT3,2024 4:01PM (I've attached the POD).

Amazon is claiming my carrier made an appointment but did not receive any physical shipment in AWD.

How is this possible if they sent the POD to my carrier if the inventory was not checked in and received? Can I get a copy of the POD direct from Amazon to compare? It's either my carrier is lying or it's somewhere in AWD.

Can I request a search at the warehouse? Surveillance at OCT 3 4:01pm to confirm if the pallets are received? There is 25k pieces of product in the 2 pallets for Christmas and this will ruin my business if not found.
