Dear sir/Madam, here i want to inform you case no caseID=10210129632,oreder id 405-8740112-0269127 Return request date 17-09-2024 by customer. reason of return customer mentioned is different from what was ordered ordered product name is Microfiber Striped Soft Anti slip Runner for bedroom,Living Room, Study Room,Kids Room ( Multicolour , 55x22 Inches )here i want to say sir we shipped product according to customer order product quality,product name,variety is same as customer order & choice. you can also verify our product there is not any different product shipped by us, but why customer said different product pls veriy this thing.here also we want to say that pls do not Deduct return charges from my account.hope you will do as same

I'am ship by my product wed-28 aug 2024.Item arrived at the customer 5 sep 2024.but he requested refund.Then why I'am refund the cutomer.Order Id: 171-2830354-4419507 and Tracking Id: 343732248259.Dear Amazon Team please check this issue and find a solution for me.He didn't return my product and he say order not recieved.But product arrived the customer.pls find a solution
