We have several Passive Antenna product listings that were incorrectly removed/restricted due to an Amazon bot false positive error about "FCC ID" and radio frequency emitters.
These are products without electronics in them. Just nuts and bolts, wire, and plastic. No power. No batteries. No chips. No semiconductors. No Radio Frequency emitters. Just a bunch of metal and plastic.
These products received a clean bill of health last week by an FCC Testing Laboratory in California USA, a TCB (Telecommunications Certification Body).
The official FCC testing laboratory issued a Notification of Passive Antenna, "Product is Not A Radio Frequency Emitter".
This Notification Report was submitted to Amazon by attachment to a support case, but the automatic Amazon reply repeated a demand for an FCC ID.
- "This product has been identified as a radio frequency (RF) device product with an invalid entry in the fcc_radio_ frequency_emission_compliance attribute. For instructions on how to submit an FCC ID..."
This product does not have an FCC ID because the FCC Testing Laboratory (TCB) says it does not require an FCC ID, and because it is not capable of emitting Radio Frequency on its own.
It seems that humans at Amazon FCC compliance team have not seen, or are unable to respond to correct this bot error that is vacuuming up a lot of innocent products.
These are very popular 4.5+ star products with a long history of high Performance and reviews, which have been selling for more than 8 years.
Currently, about a hundred boxes at twenty pounds each, valued at about five hundred bucks each, will be returned at great shipping expense, from FBA Fulfillment Centers around the world... if this bot error is not fixed by an Amazon FCC compliance team.
It also represents great loss to Amazon from the removal of the listings and their associated advertising.
I wonder if some human at Amazon FCC Compliance Team could easily reinstate these listings?

We have already edited and made changes to the listings as the tutorial recommends and gave "the team" time to review the changes. But no Amazon FCC Compliance Team folks ever considered it or looked at the modified text.
We have submitted multiple official evidence and attachments to the cases as proof. No cogent response from Amazon support was received.
A direct appeal to the compliance team is needed, but we have been unsuccessful to get a human compliance team member to respond for the past month of trying.
Has anyone ever recovered from this problem?
We have tried many other means to open a dialog directly with Amazon, but to no avail, so this is our public plea.
