Why do products without radio frequency functions need to fill in an FCC ID? Again!

It's very ironic that we are encountering the same issue again.
We have filed complaints, see CASE ID 17448301401 and CASE ID 17466855191.
However, this time, no matter what I say, the responses I receive are canned replies.
Please assist in forwarding this issue to the relevant team for handling.
