I've used the same credit card for my charge method for 4 years until yesterday, when I received an email saying my credit card is invalid. I've contacted seller support they recommended me to check address, card no, if the card is debit. I did, they are correct.
I've added two new credit cards, and I still have the same issue, saying credit card is invalid.
I have 3 open orders, ready to be sent BUT I cannot evet see their addresses.
What should I do?

By any chance, is the card from Capitol One?

Hello @StamperBurcu
Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this is causing. When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit or debit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit or debit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to bank account and debit card information.
If you have received an error message about your credit card, it is important to update your credit card information as soon as possible. I realize this appears to have come out of nowhere for your specific situation as you say above that you have had same credit card on file for 4 years to this point. There are still some things to check.
Check the below information related to your credit card:
Until the card verification problem is resolved, Amazon won't be able to process any payments for your account.
Accepted credit or debit cards
We accept the following credit or debit cards:
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.
Also, please check your buyer side account as well. If the card(s) on that side are expired or have issues, it could potentially mess up the seller side as well.
It sounds like you have already opened a case with Seller Support as well. If you'd share that case # below, I'd be happy to review the correspondence provided there and see if there are any further steps I can take here.
I will hang tight here for your reply.

We just had this same exact problem. Used ours for years, nothing changed and all of sudden its invalid. I had to end up using a whole new credit card to get back into my account.
Is your card set to expire in 3 months or less?
If you used the link in the email...you may have been scammed. You have given them your login and password and credit card.
I received the same thing but when I hovered over the link, it was no where near and amazon address.
Same with a friend of mine. And his account has more than enough sales to cover whatever the monthly fee is. He can't access seller account any more, so he just walked away... Can't even close it, can't get paid... very sad.
Same issue. I initially was using a Capitol One card. Then got the error and tried two other cards. None of them will work. Never had any issue before. Please let me know if you find a solution. Thanks!
Same issue. Mine expires in 3 years, it's a Mastercard. There is obviously an issue because there are so many discussions created.
