Hi I applied for my brand registration application but mistakenly closed the case from my end in the case log and it shows now i cant reopen my case but when i tried contacting seller support they said you can apply for the brand registration again but when i try that the brand name still comes under review amazon team please help me with my case id 16023334871 for brand registration.

When I first started out with Handmade I was able to get the Brand Registration waiver for my handmade business. This is where you can list under your own brand, but do not actually have the benefits of a Registered Brand.

I now have a Trademarked and I am going to apply for brand registration. My trademark name. however, is slightly different than my current handmade brand registration name.

My question is when my brand registration is approved, will I be able to go through all of my current handmade listings and update them to the new Brand name?

I'm new to this platform and I'm facing a challenge with Amazon brand registration. I recently rebranded my business from an old brand name to a new brand name. While I have a valid EIN number registered under the old brand name, Amazon has rejected my brand registration, requiring verification using the new brand name.

I've already registered a trademark for the new brand name and have the corresponding serial number. I'm currently waiting for the IRS to merge the new brand name with the old EIN.

I'm unsure about the best course of action: should I wait for the IRS merger to be complete before appealing Amazon's decision, or should I appeal now with the available information?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
