brand registration
Hi I applied for my brand registration application but mistakenly closed the case from my end in the case log and it shows now i cant reopen my case but when i tried contacting seller support they said you can apply for the brand registration again but when i try that the brand name still comes under review amazon team please help me with my case id 16023334871 for brand registration.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.
GOOD job on providing a case #. I’m tagging some MODS that can help you on this.

Lately, these requests have been getting resolved within a few days and I will let you know as soon as I receive a response. You can also check your Brand Application Dashboard and as soon as you see the status as "Rejected," you will be able to copy or create a new application.
