Read onlyMy account was deactivated for items Amazon said were counterfit (they are not counterfit but this isn't the place for that). Before anyone goes off the deep end on this... I just want all my FBA inventory back but I can't do a removal, liquiations, or disposal orders. Also want my sales revenue that is being held as well. Just want to be done with Amazon.

You will not receive your inventory or funds if your account was deemed to have counterfeit items. It is illegal for them to return or disburse funds for counterfeit items.
By agreeing to terms of service, you agreed that if your items were deemed counterfeit those items would not be returned to you. Always, always read Terms Of Service on any seller venue repeatedly.
Correct; without resolving the IP complaint, Amazon will not return your inventory. This is LAW.
Again, unless you resolve the complaint, you will not see any funds disbursed.
To get anything back, or to see your funds, you will have to show that your items are legit.
Note also that you will not be able to close your account unless you restore it to good standing; I would recommend going ahead and downgrading the Individual if you are on the Pro plan, so that you won't be charged the monthly fee.

If you can't provide proper documentation, your items will be deemed counterfeit.
Amazon no longer has reasonable expectations that your items are legit. They will not return ANY of your inventory until you prove authenticity.
This is all spelled out in the terms you agreed to when you signed up.
It's possible that arbitration may get your other items returned; only you can decide if it's worth the time and expense.
Per the policy quoted:
"disposal of inventory in our possession"
If they have it, you won't get it back unless you resolve the issues against your account.

As mentioned in the thread, our team will be unable to release the inventory that is within our fulfillment centers if they cannot verify the overall supply chain. Have they just requested documentation or have they taken any other steps to try to verify your information?
As for the funds, you can attempt to request the disbursement after 90 days from your account being impacted. They will request information and conduct their own investigation. Once a decision has been made, they should provide a response in a performance notification.

So I have to prove ALL my inventory supply chain to get it back? I have the paperwork to do this but who do I talk to about getting this done? What is the procedure?
