Read onlySo here is my case:
A Couple of weeks ago one of my ASIN got flagged and removed due to Non-compliance issue as Amazon bots claim, I have submitted the required documents then in less than 24 hrs the ASIN is active again and was approved. However I got this response from the compliance team :
"Thank you for contacting us.
Your product does not fall under the Product Category <Skin Lightening Cosmetics> therefore compliance documents are not required for this Product Category.
However, your product may fall under other Product Category Policies which require compliance documentation. You will be notified of any further compliance requirements.
We appreciate your attention to this matter."
Again like five days ago another ASIN got flagged for the same exact reason and i also submitted the docmentation eventhough i already know the response.
Until now it is under review and noone can help .

My product is in the way to FBA warehouses now but the listing is inactive ..
You have too many problems all going on at the same time to give the exact solution. Are you dealing in international trading to get your product?
1. Where was your product made? In the USA or China.
2. Amazon requires COC's to be issued by a USA based Testing Lab. What testing lab did your product testing?
3. Many China made product are not tested by a USA based Testing Lab. The reason is the manufacturer knows the product will not pass USA standard for sale to the public. These products are mostly sold to retail stores in 3rd world countries where no one cares.
4. Smart sellers always sell their product using FBM for at least a month, before sending it to FBA. This helps for 2 reasons.
A. They learn the salability of the product and if the product will yield the sellers desired profit.
B. They learn if there is enough profit in the product to pay all the fees Amazon will assess while using FBA.
C. During this testing/trial period, problems like yours are worked out, costing the seller nothing.
Now... How does your product fit into the above? For some reason, Amazon does not like your COC.
Hi there @Seller_Dd90yi3cWnDlD,
Thank you so much for posting within the Seller Forums! I am going to engage with another community manager for further review of your case at this time.
