Amazon Easy Ship service is failing to deliver on its promise of fast delivery. Despite Amazon’s assurance of quick delivery, my package is still stuck in my hometown, even though the scheduled delivery date has passed. The Easy Ship service took 5 days to ship the product from their facility, and the product stayed at the courier office for 4 days before it was finally dispatched.

The package is still in my hometown, with no further updates.

Issue: The package was supposed to be delivered by 17 Feb, but it’s still stuck with no progress. The product stayed at the courier office for 4 days and was only sent on the 5th day.

Concern: Amazon Easy Ship has caused a delay by not meeting its fast delivery promises and causing unnecessary holdups.

By empty package I mean literally a polybag with a shipping label on it received in easy ship return order. How can it be even possible, what easy ship personnel was up to at time to collecting order. Events like this are really alarming for each and every seller. We sellers are working day and night for our business to grow and put lots of efforts to process every single order, after all this events like this are disheartening. I don't know whom to blame is it customers doing such things or delivery personnel, but something have to be done to stop this.

I dont know what is going on with easy ship team. The return package which are in undelivered and rejected category, i received is open. Most of the packet in this category which i received already have their outer packaging tormented aur damaged. And sometimes the item is damaged and is not in sellable condition. And apart from that they use black color tape and they tape the outer pakage of the item. It make the the packaging damaged. I have already bear losss for the mistake of easy ship team. So do something about it.
