Amazon flagged Myrth as a restricted product. yet there are 100’s of them for sale. they wont say why my Myrth is any different than any other Myrth. how do you actually talk to someone that doesn’t act like a robot? why is one Myrth restricted and not the 100s of other Myrth.

If you are saying your product is “Myrrh” as indicated by @The_Sawle_Mill then the restricted reason was more than likely synthetic cannabinoid related. Can you paste the performance notification you received so that we can verify?

Thank you for confirming the restricted reason.

Were you able to identify any terminology that you have since removed? The path to reinstatement will only be opened after whatever flagged your listing has been scrubbed. Without access to the listing it would be difficult to determine possible flags.

You will want to review the item’s title, description, bullet points, generic keywords etc. If you would like more detailed guidance you can paste that information contained in your listing and we can take a look.

The lack of help of guidance by Amazon on this is really discouraging.
Spent hours on the phone with various Support Teams and they don’t even know what is going on.
It seems to only affect listings with Frankincense or Myrrh.
