I have been stuck in a continuous cycle for over 10 days of deleting, waiting 24/28 hours and relisting my bamboo viscose products due to restricted products flag for the Textiles Products Act. This issue began when I followed Seller Support instructions to create a listing copy for new SKU (same ASIN) to address a 'Send to Amazon' issue requiring changing the barcode from an Amazon to a Manufacturer barcode. However, linking the new SKU to an existing ASIN immediately triggered the Textiles Products Act flag, leading to the removal of all my active listings.
Despite ensuring the accuracy of the fabric type "100% Viscose made from Bamboo", material type "Bamboo Viscose", and country of origin in my submissions, I keep encountering feed file error codes 90003836, and my listings are immediately removed. I have already opened an appeal case (ID ID 15027899761 under Account Health). My most recent case file is 15072142171 with Seller Support, and I have another case (ID 15030777161) from March 30, 2024, at 09:08:26 AM CDT that remains unanswered.
Currently the listings are all flagged again under Account Health for Restricted Products Policy Violation. Seller support stated they do not have any visibility when listings are removed and very unhelpful with this particular issue. I have submitted another Delete and will await instructions before next steps since every time i attempt to relist using the correct data in feed file the listings are immediately removed. This process doesn't this works with Restricted products without some back end support.
I need to insure the attributes that are hard coded are updated to match whats in the flat file. I am the brand owner so do I contact Brand registry to have these fields changed? I know the Appeal will never be approved (or relist) until the attributes are updated. Please look into this and let me know how to proceed.
