One of my listing was removed because of Copyright Piracy. Currently, there are units in FBA. I am trying to create a removal order but the fulfillable unit is zero! Is it possible to get back my inventory from Amazon?
Thanks
I'm pretty sure that if there is a copyright complaint against you, you can't get your items back.
Hello @Seller_iZznP4LxDLiQD,
Thank you for posting your concerns with an intellectual property complaint.
Typically when it comes to this type of complaint there are specific requirements that you will need to follow to ensure it's resolved.
If you have sold this product you will be required to provide a letter of authorization issued by the rights owner for the use of their intellectual property. If this was in error, the rights owner may also submit a retraction for the complaint directly to amazon.
If you had only listed the product without any sales you can submit an explanation of the situation via the submit appeal button in the account health page. This will need to explain why you were listing the product, sourcing, authorization and how you will comply with these policies prior to listing any products moving forward.
When it comes to these provided paths, if we required documentation and it cannot be provided, the violation will remain for 180-Days or 6 months after the original date you received the complaint.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
