8040 Error problem

Hi,

@Manny_Amazon

I am facing that problem "error 8040".

Even I got brand approval before listing a new ASIN family.

As I read you rely on post also read the "relative thread" you were mentioned.

Just looking for clarify details as following;

1. error 8040 it is a symptom, the cause is need to "reapply brand approval" like try to list a new ASIN?

2. For the future and long term way is to file Brand registry, isn't it?

3. On my case how come the child ASIN put on "Search Suppressed" Ask me to fix it, just write description on product description box but it doesn't work after text in? How can I solve it? I have inventory in FBA center.

4.Under "Search Suppressed" that ASIN still allow to sale by outside promotion? Such as Facebook...
