Read onlyHello, I am a non-violating seller who complies with Amazon's dropshipping policies. On 08.10.2024, my account was suspended due to a product that I did not sell but only listed, and an invoice for the product that I did not sell is constantly requested. I am not an FBA seller. I do dropshipping and do all my sourcing from amazon.com. I sent you the invoices for the last 13 different products I sold. However, you insistently demand from me the invoice of the product that I did not sell. I do not work with stocks. I keep writing an appeal and the same answer always comes back automatically. Who will help me?
Hello @DEFNE_GLOBAL_STORE,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
The concern with the situation is that when you list a product, it implies intent to sell, which we may require verification that you are authorized by the brand or rights owner to list and or sell these products, or that you're using an authorized supply chain approved by the brand or rights owner themselves. This additionally applies to all products in your manage inventory with or without sales.
The secondary concern is Amazon.com is a retailer, not an authorized supply chain for any brand except our own. We do not validate our supply chain if you sourced from us directly, and other sellers may not be able to verify the full supply chain themselves or be willing to, thus making the receipts or order confirmations in this situation incomplete per our requirement.
These situations will require a valid invoices meeting our responsible sourcing requirements, most situations we may also require a letter of authorization if you are not the brand or rights owner of the product. So I can ensure that all available information is being presented, I would ask that you post your original deactivation notice.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
