Continuously denied to sell a product that belongs to my brand?
Despite being registered under Brand Registry, I'm facing difficulties with selling my own product due to an ASIN gating issue.
I have taken the necessary steps to ungate the ASIN by providing the required invoice. However, each attempt to submit my invoice has resulted in a denial of my application, with the claim that I am not eligible to sell my own product.
I am kindly requesting that a forum moderator review case number 16670384411. I would greatly appreciate any clarification on the specific documentation or steps needed to resolve this issue and enable me to sell my product.

Try this: Create a document with letterhead of your Brand, exactly as registered in the USPTO and your name registered as owner of this brand in the USPTO.
Title: "Letter of Authorization", the signee (you as brand owner) allows you (as registered under "Legal Entity" in your account settings) to sell brand XX on Amazon.
Probably the AI will accept this.

I would recommend reviewing your Brand Registry to ensure your Seller account is properly related and included in the Brand Registry.
